Further justifies my own personal policy of wearing the seat belt at all times when in my seat on a flight.

Never understand those who unclip as soon as the light goes off even if they aren't moving / going for a piss etc

I’m exactly the same . Always loosen it so I can slouch a bit but never unbuckle it.
