Just been watching them demolish Zimbabwe (yes I know) and its now 5 tests wins on the trot for the Windies. Fair enough its against Bangladesh and NZ as well but I think that Otis Gibson has handled his duties very impressively.

A future Head Coach at Durham perhaps when he leaves the Windies?

I think Otis will have better options than Durham once his time as WI coach comes to an end. If flower goes at anytime I'm positive England will be looking at him as a replacement

Unfortunately this. Unfortunately for Durham at least because we'll be we'll below his capabilities!
 
I was glad to be there that day he took those 10 wickets v Hampshire.

I'd always welcome him back to the club in any capacity.
 
He's now the 4th future head coach at Durham we've had in a week following Killeen, Benks and Colly, and that's not counting Geoff Cook who's still in the job.

I think we've got all the bases covered now.
