The silver lining with all of these young and highly rated coaches is that they’re all a gamble to an extent. It’s not like being linked with Poch and ending up with Pardew where you know its a massive disappointment.

Wicky has won a couple of trophies, albeit in a less competitive league than France.

Just a case of getting behind whoever it is and hoping it works out.

I think very few people know what has gone on, some have posted what they'd heard in good faith but, I suppose, things do change. Where Maric fits in I don't know, the popular opinion was we binned him off when Still became available so when we binned Still off, did we go back for Maric? I suppose we'll never know.

My main concern, and a big one, is, I hope we haven't gone for Wicky as he'll work with Dodds and Proctor. Whoever comes in, they need to go imo, we need a new broom to sweep through.

I guess we’ll see, but if Dodds does keep his place it probably means Speakman is still wanting to keep his input in the team
