The assumption seems to be that if an announcement is expected on June 1st (just an example, as that date has been suggested) then Romano will start a drip feed of posts between now and then which bring attention to Still and his new agency.

Romano has a huge social media account, and a great reputation. It enhances his clout because he is seen to be kept in the loop throughout, and it gets people following along with the story rather than just an announcement out of the blue then it’s over. It’s just simple Marketing strategy, mutually beneficial.
