I spot a fly in the ointment........
I like this guy, he's all but said he wants the job, but at the same time distancing himself from any direct links to it. Wants to finish the season in France without any distractions or rumours, it's a professional way of doing things.

Perhaps this next appointment defines KLD, if beale hasn't already.

Don't think he would find it hard mate cos as soon as "the model" was fully explained to him he would probably knock the door off it's hinges trying to get out.
Well if that's the case why did they not just stick with Dodds till end of season before getting Beale ?
That’s coming in summer but just part of life for everyone outside and the top six in the premier league and occasionally them too. It’s not signing the players we had to sign that’s the issue. Hopefully addressed in summer.
Yeah that would have been more logical but maybe Dodds or the board didn’t want to put him under such pressure. Plus it might have been an admission of writing the season off which is where we’ve ended up anyway.
Both those clubs look ambitious right now, but how ambitious they’ll look if they don’t get promoted & taken over, they’ll be in a world of pain.
Next appointment will certainly tell us a lot about the ambition of the owner. If it’s some no mark like Heckingbottom it’s not going to go down well with the fanbase.
