Ah, right. I had a similar "put in the freezer" one called Dalwhinnie's Winter Gold that was canny. I preferred it warm, though. Old fashioned as I am. Nee water either, straight, nee ice. Sometimes, a separate glass of water on the side, if I'm feeling virtuous....

I normally love Dalwhinnie but that Winter's Gold is awful. Even frozen with half the taste killed.

Some whisky taste different with a drop of water. Glenlivet 18 for example, try neat then drop a little water in and the taste is completely different. Both nice like

Aye, sometimes a drop of water seems to open a whisky up, soften it a bit, maybe. I usually find breathing it, as you would a good red wine, often does as well, without that feeling it's been slightly diluted. As with all drinks, there's no right or wrong answer: ultimately it's down to personal taste & preference, but it's interesting learning what others do & think. Cheers!

There’s also:
1. What happened to biggest budget in the league? We need to get a proven striker in and pay whatever the selling club wants
2. What are we doing paying that much for Grigg? What a waste of money, why are we giving in to Wigan’s demands?

We are trying to guarantee promotion, I thought that was what everyone wanted, having said that reading some of the utter shit on here I am not so sure
