Let’s be honest mate, we are still trying to get back on our feet after years of financial mismanagement. Bain (and I can’t believe I’m defending him :lol:) had no money at all to work with; and the new owners will be limited - especially with the restraints imposed by the league.

It’s hugely disappointing, but it shows just how far we have fallen.

He joined on loan. It was made permanent earlier this week for £1.5mill I think.
