LinkHe has wanted to come for weeks
Hadn't he told an itk on here a while backLink
Been extinguishedFailed medical, was on fire iirc.
We did it knowingly with Wyke we have form for signing players who are weeks from starting. If that happens with Grigg it will test many supporters patience as we need a boost now with so many games coming up"One thing that hasn't been raised is, could Grigg be absolutely buggered?
Spent the entirety of the 2016/17 relegation season nowhere near fully fit with a persitent knee injury which worsend before the operation.
Only reached full fitness in December of last season having struggled to get up to speed for the first 4 months.
Only been fit for the opening 7 games of this season were he scored 3, created a few and his all round play was excellent. Then he's had knee and hamstring issues ever since.
27 now and been plagued with serious, career damaging injuries, so could this be a last ditch attempt to recuperate money on a player who is finished with injuries?
If not then it's a truly stupid sale, if Grigg can get back to full fitness then I've no doubt consistently starting in an attacking team he'd score lots of goals.
His goals per starts against Championship/Premier League sides is very, very impressive given his injury problems during that time."

These injury problems are a bit of a worry, I thought we'd seen the last of signing injury prone players?
That’s the whole point of a medical, isn’t it?"One thing that hasn't been raised is, could Grigg be absolutely buggered?

Wigan have a 7 page thread on their messageboard about Grigg, ours is 98 pagesit says it all man.
Ha'way Grigg, join a big club and rediscover your goalscoring form in front of a partisan set of fans, playing in a fantastic stadium.

What's that got to do with it?That’s the whole point of a medical, isn’t it?

Should you not be preparing your chocolate money, tennis balls, and plastic pigs? Big night tonight. Oh and wrap up warm for the sit in. There’s snow forecast.Failed medical, was on fire iirc.
Ooph. I did a similar thing after chopping some chillies. Only ever did it once!i remember once applying deep heat to an injury before a match then going for a piss, immediately regretted it!
This has just put me in mind of Williams' medical on the documentary. Our lads were saying they were happy but at the same time didn't seem all that convinced neither. If we haven't already, maybe this is something we need to look at.That’s the whole point of a medical, isn’t it?
He died in 2002 I am not sure when he hung up his sponges. I think another team he helped with was Biddick (is it near fatfield?)Was he a physio around early-mid nineties ? I remember some old dude giving me some proper
Old schools treatment on a knee injury once. Loved a bit of lineament too
Easy to do like.If you look at his time at Wigan as a hole

I have told this before but in the 80s a lad took a blow to the goolies, my grandad was about 75 but he sprinted out of the concrete block dugouts with his bucket, got to the player and rammed the sponge straight down the front of the bloke’s shorts. The crowd were in hysterics there were quite a few there at night matches.
