I hope the lad has somehow confirmed he is happy to sign for us after all this.

Be a bit shit if he says he's happy at Wigan and turns us down.
 

Relax folks, if its down to Grigg then he will come....He can either sit on the bench at Wigan and play infront of one man and his dog when he gets on OR he can come and be the main striker here and play infront of 30,000 a week, in a promotion pushing side with a massive away following.....If the money is right, its an absolute no brainer. He was happy to play in league 1 with Wigan so why would he not want to at a club 10 times as big as Wigan?
 
A couple reports about rubbishing the supposed interest in Eaves and the other fella saying no bids.

We must be very confident of this if we haven’t bid anywhere else which I think is the case.

All the negativity over this is due to one throwaway comment from Keith Downie saying the deal was “proving difficult”......

It’ll happen.
 
Sheffield Utd apparently agreed a deal for Scott Hogan from Aston Villa, we could possibly get Leon Clarke, scored plenty to get them up a few years ago, not sure how he’s getting on since
