He can stay at PSV and play Champions League.

If he comes here and looks quality, though, he might be able to use us a stepping stone and get a better move in a year or so.

Only the Russian club Zenit have made an offer so far for €10m which was turned down. He mightn't fancy going there anyway, Russian football still hasn't shaken off the 'you're wasting your career by going there' tag. It's a pretty obscure place to go play football

As for other CL clubs that go in for him. Monaco are said to be interested but their Russian owner got a divorce and he had to give away half his fortune, hence they are downsizing

We're only fucked if the PSG interest is real. They'd blow us out of the water in terms of transfer fee, wages, club ambitions, lifestyle, etc.
