Why

We're not capable of shutting up shop at the best of times. When you add in that Hume's struggling at the moment, Ballard & O'Nien weren't playing and Hjelde's at left back then it probably wasn't really a viable option.

Said exactly the same on another thread.
We equalised in the 71st minute away from home against a side going for automatic promotion yet we push forward as if we needed a win to stay up in the last game of the season.

Naivety

There was only two people in the club who were not naive, that was Neil and Mowbray. We talk about lack of experience on the pitch, off it just as crazy

didn’t we shut up shop and go for a point rather than play open football in the last 15 minutes.
Because we have no idea how to do this.

No experienced pros. No idea what it's like to scrap it out. They don't teach you that at u23s football, and we have an u23s side playing professional football in the 2nd tier. Ridiculous
