Why has my post asking for a match ticket been pulled?

I don't like it any more than you do, but under the Violent Crime Reduction Act it is a criminal offence, not just for you, but also for me as owner of the site to allow the trading of tickets on here.
The Police do monitor the site and I have been warned about allowing ticket sales on here.
Unfortunately, unless the law is changed or we have authorisation from the Home Club we cannot allow any football ticket trades or swaps.

Thanks, Roger.. that's fair enough. But can it be applied consistently? There's a 60+ page thread with plenty more of the same!
