The one that always amazes me though is when they are asked directly if they committed the offense and they still say ‘no comment’ instead of saying ‘No!’Either their solicitor has told them to say nothing or the suspect is banking on the police not having enough evidence.
And thick as a boxing day turd.So they don’t incriminate themselves.
Generally because they’re guilty.

I mean as much as it infuriates me when I see it on TV, they are under no obligation to say anything and not sure why they would potentially incriminate themselves.
