Why are we paying

but the one that takes up the leats amount of his time..
SAFC has dozens of employees in the football department..scouts youth coaches medical, sports science data analysis, womens team....all of that is his day to day job...hiring a head coach may be so ething KLD gets involved with anyway...rather than just speakman.

I never alluded it was his only responsibility, but the most important. No doubt KLD does get involved as no one from a footballing background would have picked Beale.

except the qpr DOF picked beale..
and the rangers DOF picked beale.

It may be KLDs most important responsibility if he is rresponsible for it..
but its not the thing he spends most of his time on...so the answer to what are we paying him for is all the other stuff he does for his job..not just the bit the fans notice

Did well at Hibs then was a complete car crash at Celtic aye.

After his time at rangers and QPR no football person would pick him.

Can’t be bothered to argue with you mate about what he spends his days doing. He most important is getting the HC right.
