Why all the cups......

I have around 20, 3 are tiny espresso sized ones used for display purposes. 4 X large Disney snow white, 1 large Disney nightmare before Christmas, 6 X red Christmas pattern medium sized mugs, 2 X cat and dog medium sized mugs, 1 massive posh mug, another cat mug and a couple of others.

I have, by a quick count 10 definite mugs, 4 definite cups and 4 drinking vessels that are mug heighted but cup diametered. Pretty much all gifts or work freebies. I only really use the definite cups for measuring rice.

Probably about twenty at ours. I do have my favourites though.

The tapering thing doesn't work all the time so separate out cups and mugs though - this is straight, no taper, but only holds an espresso. Can't call it a mug, that's crazy talk.
