yes a joint and several garuntee...i thought that meant if one didnt do it..the others would have to make up their chare? as you say it cant force any indidual to do it..but surely the controlling shreholder has to be very confident and see evidence, of the others intentions before he would commit to a joint and several?

yes but drumaville was compoased of people who mostly knew each other for decades..and many of whom would have had intertwined business interests...they would have been very knowledgeable about each others level of wealth, on paper at least, several of them lived withina few miles of each other in Kildare...
what we have now are people who, have known each other over a much shorter period of time if at all, before they bought the club?

Sartori has known the Louis-Dreyfus family for years.
 
Someone should ask Andy Holt (Acc Stanley). He seemed to know a bit about the way we are run as he tweeted that he was well impressed by it when he was up here earlier in the season.

what im suspicious about with the "family" is....the pusi dreyfus family is large, very rich and dynastic..and KLD is obviously part of that..but his mother isnt really.she just married into it...and she had to borrow a billion to buy the other family members out of the company..she still owes 400m of that (paymentdue wednesday I think) so does sartori know the married in bit, or the old money bit? KLD is a link to both of course, but if its his mother who has influence..and less moeny than the rest..

The company Margarita is part owner of is in the same business sector as his own. He will have known Robert.
 
Fair enough ask the question about the ownership but to start complaining about the slow summer transfer window is laughable in my opinion.

Similarly when he starts questioning the academy / pitch improvements.

These things masked what I think was the objective of the article and made me read it thinking that this fella has an agenda against KLD when he may not do.

A group involving 3 men everyone wanted out of the club.

A group who have so far failed to acknowlege who owns how much of what, have failed to register it on companies house, have closed down their uk based company and replaced it with an offshore company where it's ownership can be kept hidden.

All whilst promising transparency for nearly a year.

Sounded like he was pointing out examples of why the question would need raising, and how things may have changed since the initial takeover was announced - in particular the difference pre the new board appointments yo post - rather than complaining about it. He praised the summer recruitment in the circumstances.

TBF its not up to doanld methven or sartori to file the paperwork for safc at companies house...they arent directors of it..
also the offshore company mercator...we dont know what they have to do with that...their company, madrox still exists and is in the UK..

If you’re making that comparison, I’d say this is very much in the public interest where some of the public may not be interested. The same way that the recent Tory sleaze scandals are in the public interest but some people aren’t interested.

The fans can ask, as WMS are doing. If the fans aren’t satisfied with the answers because they’re unsatisfactory they can make more noise. They can vote with their feet. They can make it uncomfortable.

margarita got absolutely shafted by the rest of the family..their was a clause in roberts will or something saying she had to buy the others out at a pre agreed price if they wanted to sell..
they wanted to sell..she borrowed about a billion to buy them out..but paid a top top price as the valuation was pre agreed...
when she went to sell on some of the shares..she seems to have got a lot less than she paid. and also sold off some very profitable business units..leaving a debt of about $400m...which she refinanced at the start of 2021...the payment is due this week.

My contention is that the rest of the louis dreyfus family have the money.she has the company,,which is not the force it was. KLD has money from trust funds etc but would be let his mother get into that sort of debt..if he had 2 billion kicking around doing nowt?
