Dry January completed, apologies for the brown ale but it's a canny palette cleanser!

I still like a brown ale myself, although it's not quite the same since they moved it down to Tadcaster or wherever it's brewed now.

Take 1 bottle of brown ale, split between 2 pint glasses and top each up with a bottle of Smirnoff Ice. Best turbo shandy you'll ever drink
 
I’m alternating between a normal Jamesons and a special black label job.

It’s over there but I can’t be arsed to get up to read the label just to post it on here and obviously a photo is out of the question as you need to be Steven Hawkimgs to do that.

Is it the stout edition? or black barrel?
 
This is sublime. It’s one of those whiskies that seems to improve the longer it’s open. Smoked meat lathered in a citrus bbq sauce.

It’s not especially cheqp but Royal Mile Whiskies had released a for £250. I doubt it will last long.

Ok, do I need to buy a couple of different whiskey glasses?
I've got some nice ish crystal cut stuff, handed down from my folks I think. Standard round things. Get the feeling that's not ideal?
