At least when I saw him he seemed upbeat and smiling at least prior to this season. Better than Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau in that respect.

If we get an established manager he'll have his own team. If we get Phillips he'll not so will need to use the team here.

Not sure what possible footballing justification there is for keeping any of the coaching staff

Get rid of the lot of them, they certainly haven't coached anything into our players other than be lazy fuckers. Needs a whole overhaul from scouts to coaches, big job for anyone really that's if Short gives them the go ahead which is unlikely as Moyes would have done it.
