Errrh shes made tonights Evening Standard financial pages. Some sort of investigation in which Barclays are alleged to have paid some middle eastern country to invest in them when the shit hit the fan a few years back.

You started banging on about obsession TO ME. That's the point. Doesn't matter who else said something, or if they said if first, YOU did, and you did it directly.

And, it it happens, Carty didn't - he moaned about the thread, but didn't accuse me directly of being "obsessed with them". Someone else said something similar - although, again, he didn't use the word obsessed - and I took them to task over it too.

You're the one that used that word, and made a direct accusation.

So - how many times is this I've asked now, four, five? - admit you're wrong, starting ONE thread about Newcastle doesn't mean that I'm "obsessed".

And then maybe drop it? Let's not get obsessed about it...

You said quite clearly I started the obsession, now you have changed it to starting the obsession with you. Carty said you are feeding their obsession claims over us and Hullmackem said that only obsessed people would post this type of thread (post 42). You are all over the place man, after being accused, you backtracked by saying it was tongue in cheek, then spent the rest of the thread proving it wasn't and claiming you'll cry even more when they can point and laugh at you. I couldn't give a fuck mate, let's just get our own house in order, they are years ahead of us anyhow.

Not backing this up, but Alan Brazil mentioned this morning that she may have been up to meet with SAFC and took in the mags game the next day.

He said he had no insider knowledge but mentioned that Short wanted out and we'd be available at a far more affordable price.

Getting back on track, would this piss on their chips? They are quite a way ahead of us right now, I doubt they would bat an eyelid. Either way, we need to be rid of Short before we can stop this downward spiral. The whole club reeks of lethargy and I couldn't give a shit how much he has spent on his plaything, he's wasted it and is to blame for this utter f***ing shambles.

All I asked you to do was admit when you were wrong. You said I'm "obsessed with them". YOU DID. It's an actual quote. And, once again, I'm calling YOU out on that. Anyone else, and I called them out on it. This is about what you said.

It's really simple. PROVE IT or admit you were wrong. I've given you the chance to, time and time again, and you haven't done either. All you had to do was say, 'yeah, fair play mate, you're not obsessed', but instead you just try keep going (and going, and going...).

If you think a possibly hugely successful / rich etc Newcastle wouldn't matter to you, then fine, that's your own view, up to you. I won't / can't argue with that. Different to me, but that's subjective.

But saying I'm "obsessed with them" is bull-shit. It's not subjective. Either prove it, or have the balls to admit you were wrong. Then maybe have your lunch, finish your holiday, or do any of those other nice things you said you were doing.

Why admit to something I haven't done. Hullmackem accused the thread maker of being obsessed before me, I was not the first therefore did not start the obsession. You may or may not be obsessed, but the whole content and subject implied it, hence your backtracking saying it was tongue in cheek. Why do that otherwise. The whole thread was about the impact on how a takeover of another club would affect us. Just waiting for transfers now and in typical Sunderland fashion it is a free transfer.

Don't be so sackless you f***ing child. I don't have to prove anything. You came across as bitter and obsessed, hence you since changed your tune and claimed it was a joke. Why do that? You wanted people to think that way, you got what you deserved. Why backtrack then when people accused you. You also claim you will cry a little more when they can point and laugh at you more because they may be taken over. You claim that Sunderland supporters would shit their pants if it happened, go on prove it. The point still is, you appear more worried about them being bought out than the entire shit show that we are at the moment. I don't have to apologise, I don't have to prove that you are obsessed, it's an opinion based on your title and follow posts. Now people are getting bored and we are going around in circles.
