People who are saying get rid now are wrong imo. Mowbray has earned the chance to be given more time..but he needs to buck his ideas up.

We see in the next few weeks if the owners are happy to be mid table he will stay. If the owners want promotion this season then he will be under big pressure if we get beat in next two games.

I think when TM was brought in it was to stabilise us which TBF he is good at, same as he did at Blackburn, but as he has proven he is not really the manager for promotion. But if he keeps us in the playoffs then I think those above him will be fairly happy. If we fall away though that would be a different thing because players like Clarke and Co won’t stay around if we are no longer challenging. I do believe those above him are aware of this situation and that is why they were considering replacements in the summer. Wouldn’t surprise me if the right candidate becomes available that they would make that change. I don’t see the right candidate being available mid season though…
