When did you last go and see Durham live?

The metro at South Gosforth is about 10 mins walk from the ground, the Metro at the Regent Centre is a bit further.
 
When Durham got full 1st class form the then TCCB there was a suggestion from them at the time for economic reasons that the ground would be more viable if it was located closer to Newcastle, when they saw the plans for the Riverside.

If the Stadium of Light and the Riversides locations had been switched before either had been built, I wonder how that would have affected attendances at both?
