Made smoked haddock fishcakes with salad and a bit curry sauce i had left over.

I made teriyaki salmon with stir fried veg tonight.

Added a bit of fresh chilli which was disappointingly bland, some 5 spice and Soy.

Did the Salmon in the air fryer and added noodles to the veg.

Nice but I would have preferred it to be more spicy.

I knocked up a chicken Jalfrezi

I did a quick thick pork loin chop seasoned with this and that with a slice of Bury Black Pudding, two slices of aubergine and some fried mushrooms.
Quite nice really.

Made Nepalese chicken curry, rice and naan.

I made Tagliatelle with chilli and prawns in a creamy sauce.

Adding peas and sweetcorn to introduce a little natural sweetcorn.

Very nice with some ciabatta garlic bread.
