Today, I made a Roast Beef dinner, with crispy & fluffy roastie's, slow roasted onions & garlic, peas & gravy, and lots of scrumptious, leftover Roastie's, for supper, and tomorrow's tea.

It was cooked to medium, as I can't eat meat, which is cooked rare, or pink.

Baked potatoes with king prawn, bacon, and mushroom and onion with butter of course.
Love it though and just started on some Bushmills.
