I bloody love hot dogs but always put that heinz green corn relish on mine.

Had a sausage chilli tonight. So everything a chilli should have in except substitute mince for sausage.

Except for the brown rice, can't be doing with it.

Sausage chilli sounds great to me, especially on a wet & miserable day, like today.

I love mince (beef, pork, lamb or turkey) as it's so versatile, and lends itself to some thoroughly fantastic dishes, like mince & mash, mince & tatties, cottage pie, Sheperd's pie, chilli con carne, Bolognaise, lasagne, . . the list is bloody endless !

Had a cracking homemade beef Keema , few small cubed spuds in it , top quality plain basmati, bit dabla pickle . Spot on , well happy to have it two days running.

Tonight it's a spicy chilli beef pasta bake with jalapeno & nachos loaded dough balls. Asda & Aldi finest cuisine Beggars can't be choosers apparently...it'll be lovely...the Wife said so

My homemade Quiche Lorraine, with lots of added extra mature cheese, (which I know, wouldn't usually be in a traditional Quiche Lorraine, but the cheese definitely adds to the flavour of the Quiche, imho)

Two git big Barnsley Chops,each, with stem broccoli, mashed potatoes and mushroom & onion gravy.
Courtesy of McMurchie’s of Hetton, whose steak and kidney pies were absolutely delicious yesterday. I heated them on a tin plate placed on top of our log burner…delicious!

Homemade Tuna pasta puttanesca and garlic bread. Made a big pot of ragu as well, for one night midweek. Will be plenty left to make lasagna too.
