Got some minced beef to use up so might make a quick chilli meatball dish up that I’ve just watched Jamie make in his 15 minute meals.

No idea, I am off to Maidenhead to pick up a replacement oven after work, and have to fit that when I get back in. So it'll have to be a chippy tea, or failing that something microwaveable as there'll be nothing to cook on till the bastard is fitted.
