Non consciously
Dude is pretty bad
As far as terms I hate blokes saying sweetheart ,darling, love etc when asking for stuff in shops etc
Then there's Hit me up !?! On band ,music pages
Cringe
I avoid using 'should'. Saying something 'should' be alright means nothing except a cop-out if something goes tits-up.
It is a proper word though and usually used in context
I should get there for 9 etc

"Must" is another, we get dominated in moood by " a tyranny of shoulds and musts".
Many people use excessive negatives far too much. For example few things are awful or horrendous, they're usually just uncomfortable, inconvenient or mildly disappointing. Vile is another especially when used for something moderately distasteful like pineapple on pizza

'Cool' unless it's related to temperature. It wasn't 'cool' to use it half a century ago so it's certainly not so to use it now.

'Dude' - I'm not a yank so it's easy to resist such a horrible word.

Dude is the one that instantly makes me judge people. A new colleague said it and I immediately knew we would never be on 'see you outside of work' terms.

Guy(s) is a truly horrendous, Americanism.

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch - A Welsh railway station, I can't, and will never try, to pronounce.

A few derogatory words/terms, I won't ever write, or utter.

Other, Americanisms, such as "touch base" "my bad" "fix me", (a drink/breakfast). - utterly cringe inducing words/phrases.

Honey or Hun
Get instead of have
Dropped instead of released
Season instead of series
Like, as in, we went out at like 2 o clock
I've just remembered some more that I wouldn't use:

Fetched instead of brought, as in "Who fetched this present over?" You aren't talking to a dog you imbecile.

Also using Sure instead of Yes. Why?

Aargh.
