What to do with Mayenda?

He’s unlikely to get starts here unless Brobbey gets injured. I’d imagine we’ll spend relatively big money on at least one more striker in the summer. I could see Mayenda moving on. The club might try and persuade him a loan is in his best interests but I could see a move abroad on a permanent deal.

Hope he can make it but always someone folk got a bit too excited about for me.

I genuinely have no idea.

I though he was good in that opening game against west ham. Then for whatever reason didn't get much game time after. There are times he has come on and been poor but times when he is driven us up the pitch with the deeper runs he can do.

He has been poor when he started, because he is being asked to lead the line and he is neither a bruiser or off the shoulder runner. He seems to prefer just behind the striker. His best games running between the channels and causing havoc or playing the striker though with a deeper ball.

I would have given him more of a chance personally but I dont get to see him in training all day.

I think he could genuinely play well behind brobbey, but appreciate the days of two strikers are gone for now.

Aye it needs sorting ,he is wasting his career,i think a good loan in the Champo will allow the club and him to decide the future.

I think he needs a chance but the problem is RLB doesn’t play the way he does so that’s a huge problem for the club same as Wilson we don’t play those through balls that both like

Maybe a loan next season, I can't see the club letting him go permanently on the cheap as he's still only 20yo and will be classed as a homegrown player for the PL squad registration in a couple of years time.

Played well when just behind Isidor last season, sort of where I think Diarra is meant to be just now, but can’t see him playing there as le fee moves there if Diarra is dropped. Could play right instead if Rigg but he’s not as effective there.

He’s only young. I’d like to see him get a go on the right, as I can see him as a wide forward. He doesn’t defend as much as we need in this system though.
