What represents success next season?

Nowhere near relegation, and a good run in Europe. Our young players to keep developing. Be more attacking.

After getting a taste of European football for the first time in half a century anything less then that again next season would be a disappointment

Calm down

consolidate the team as a top 10 premier league club. Win some games in Europe. Get European qualification next season. Challenge for a domestic trophy

Keep most of our best players, buy some more to fill the gaps

All of that would be an amazing season

Premier league & Europa league winners if not RLB out 😉
You’re joking, but I worry that if don’t finish too 10 there’d be an element of our support on the manager’s back.
Expectations of some fans will now be through the roof.
Personally I think getting to the knockout stage of Europa and finishing around 14th would be good enough

55 points +
Go out first round of Carabao
Win the knock out round of Europa and anything after that is a bonus
Anything is a bonus with FA Cup

Looking at Forest making the semi finals it’s hard not to compare ourselves to them and think why not us?

On the other hand it’s practically uncharted waters for us as fans and a few of our players too.

Our league performance will very likely suffer - you see it with at least 2clubs a season who are in Europe but tank in the league.

I’d take a Crystal Palace like season without the non league humiliation in the FA Cup.

Keep the core of the squad together, make a couple of additions that equal or improve on those who move on and be free from the threat of relegation.

Would love a run in Europe, but it won't define our season.

Would love a run in the FA Cup, but it won't define our season.

Would love a run in the Caribou, but won't define our season.

40 points the target, then we set a new target!

Finding 4 or 5 upgrades that embrace the team ethic, it's easy to buy quality, but what we need are players who share what we are looking to achieve.
Not Prima Donnas

Boring answer; steady progression from this season, i.e. better away form, bit more attacking intent whilst keeping the same defensive stability, not losing to league 1 teams in cups, beating mags home and away and in both cups!

Stay in league no bravado from me. Nice having a waiting list for season tickets, from a man who’s seen Bogie at Port Vale.
