What on Earth have I just watched?

No secret on here that ive been a fan of the hundred, but these name changes have really soured my view on the whole thing, I suspended my disbelief and bought into "Northern" superchargers having a bit of Durham in it, Even the playing squad one year outnumbered Yorkshire players, i bought the tickets and the merch and travelled to the games, so to now be Sunrisers LEEDS really alienates me,

But Dear me these designs and names, it seems the indians have no grasp on branding & marketing at all,

i thought the Kits, badges and names were bad to start with, Manchester Originals were the best of a bad bunch, at least they included a bee and a honeycomb on their kits for a bit of local identity,

Ill ask the bairn if shes bothered about going this year, we were using the comp as a cheaper way of ticking off the test grounds, might give it a couple of years and see if we get a team up here
It’s no secret I am no fan of the hundred. But one of the few things that probably moves towards the sensible is naming the teams after towns and cities, rather than regions and rivers. If that was really a bad idea, no one would watch most of the Premier League. If it really cut your catchment area to the town alone, the area around where I live wouldn’t be full of Leeds fans. Surrey wouldn’t be full of Man U fans. And I wouldn’t be supporting Sunderland.

As to the badge, well, I’ve never seen a lion in Sunderland either. And most of the rest was manufactured bollocks as well. Although it’s grown on me a bit with time.

It's like some think fucker has been won the lottery and doesn't know anything about anything. Only that they need more money and would do anything to get it. Even exploiting and trampling over them. Sad as owt
