There’s a lot, but the best debut in recent times is WH Lung.

Admittedly it doesn’t stand up to some of the classics on this thread, but Can’t Stand the Rezilllos was a lot of fun

On a more sober note, another Can’t - Can’t Buy A Thrill, Steely Dan.
