Motorcycle road racing. The TT, Manx Grand Prix, North West 200, Ulster GP at Dundrod and similar races through UK, Ireland and Europe have seen dozens, if not hundreds killed and badly injured over the last 20 years alone. Yet, despite being more aware than most outside the sport, riders, their families and teams keep at it. Crazy.

Depends what you consider a sport. I read something that described cave diving as the most dangerous sport out there but ive no idea how or why you'd call it a sport

I wouldn't class the likes of BASE jumping, wingsuit flying, sky diving and mountaineering as sports mind.
I’d say motorcycle racing as the likelihood of death is very high at those speeds if you were to crash.

In terms of what outcome? American Football and Boxing will both be bad for long term brain injuries.

I’d say it definitely has the worst impact. Very few other sports where fans are as passionate about their teams.
Football for me. A nudge in the back, a hand in the face, a trip - absolute carnage!
