Before you start calling someone a pillock you might actually develop a reading age above that of a 6 year old...I clearly stated that you couldnt argue that Brighton and Huddersfield were rightly and predictably in the bottom two. Lets try again once mummy or daddy have time to read the post to you and help you understand it.
BOOOOOM . @KittenMittens suitably made to feel a complete knacker sack:lol::lol:

You currently have a weaker squad than any team in the Prem bar Brighton, Huddersfield and "maybe" Burnley & Watford on paper.

Still well behind the likes of Southampton, West Brom and Stoke.

You "could" finish 11th, however on paper I'd be predicting between 15-20th

'You' classic behaviour on here, anyone dares to say anything that isn't THEY ARE SHITE AND WILL GO DOWN and it's just 'MAG' :D

Definitely not anti-jinxing...

It's not that outlandish to think the Mags will do better than Brighton and Huddersfield you pillock :D They've spent about 20x more over the last 12 months for starters...

And as for 11th, I think it's a stretch but anyone between 17th and 9th is a f***ing toss up based on who wins in the last few weeks of the season.

20 times more? Huddersfield have spent £43M this summer already with a lot more business to do. Most of that spend has been on 3 key players, they have brought 10 in, the others are frees or players in final year of contract. As Wagner did last time there are a lot of players from around Europe.

It's a vicious cycle, delusional fans lead to the media being delusional which then circles back round and feeds their egos and makes them more delusional.

I'm convinced they'll be relegated based on existing squad and apparent reluctance to spend.
I'm so sure, that I'm going to have a small flutter on it happening.
This will make their relegation even sweeter for me, if that were possible.

(Edit: 4 1/2 to 1 with Bet Victor - that'll do)

Smells like one, couldn't wait to pipe up about the 'toon'.

Ah, now, it's not what I hope happens...

I think there's a solid chance Rafa is gone by November. Said it loads in the breaking point thread, but he's f***ing their fans about trying to make out he's been hard done by after spending £80m over 12 months and now wanting what... £30-£50m more? Guy is being exposed as a conman and even better, he's starting to turn them back into the comedy clurrrrb where they turn on each other. Potential for that to go wrong is so big.

Thou dos protest a bit too much me thinks.

Problem they have is they massively overspent on fees and wages last year and are left with a squad of championship players on premier league wages.

They need to ship a few out but who will match the wages of the likes of Colback, Hanley, Diame...who all struggled last season.

Rampant on here. Any objective assessment of Sunderland or Newcastle is classed as Mag behaviour.

Who have they got that might make the grade?

Stand out players - none. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that a promoted club with confidence could come up on a high and overcome those shortcomings though, at least for a large part of the season. I wouldn't dismiss the chances of them doing that completely, even if I think they'll likely struggle.

A bit like us or anyone in the Championship could win promotion with the right start and momentum, but it's unlikely.

No f*cking chance the mags finishing 11th or 14th, be lucky to finish 17th at best and without Rafa when he leaves

They might have spent 20x more but they have not performed x20 better - if they had finished on 105pts plus as Sunderland and Reading did, I would say they would do ok in the Premiership but Rafa is already talking about a relegation battle (did he not learn any lessons from Moyes). Everyone is entitle to an opinion - if someone comes on here and reckons Man Utd will finish bottom well thats just their opinion and maybe they will (probably not) but to call someone a pillock for that is not really on. How many soccer pundits fail massively with opinions.

The only reason I asked is that I don't actually know if they have any good players. They sold the ones that were any good when they went down. That does not include pea heart sisserka. Have they any good youngens?
