What do we need to do to improve next season?


Improve going forward, I think he’ll be backed again in the summer with some ready made quality. Them it’s upto Reggie to get the balance right. Was about staying up at any cost this year
 
If you take the time to go through the squad list you quickly realise theres about 18, including the younguns that won't make it at this level or even the championship, that currently offer us absolutely nothing in terms of Premier league readiness.

I don't think that many will want to leave though, and we're not just an open house to players to f#ck off at the first opportunity. I guess we'll say to players give us 2 seasons, do your thing and then see where it takes you. If we're having to replace half the first team every season, we'll fall like a brick.
 
We need to make a couple of, or at least one marquee player signing. An out and out ready made winger/forward. Somebody good with a 'holy fuck' how to we get him over the line 🤔

* Not some above average, potentially good, young 22 year old no one has heard of 😡

We’ve struggled to score so need a focus in this area the most imo. I think the fresh season I’ll see us defensively resolute again but we could still do with a few in that area

Play Enzo as a number 10 just behind Brobbey if he's still here. Get at least one nailed on starter at right wing, a creative midfielder and a left and right back to challenge Rienildo and Hume.
