Its not even useful things. Could be sitting nodding off in the chair absolutely shattered fighting sleep, then I'll change the channel instead of switching the tv off and sit and watch an old episode of bullseye or something stupid like that. Or looking for a pair of trainers I've not had on for ages, then when i find them, try them on then never wear them. It's like a form of ADD
