What’s the plan

I'm still all for seeing where we're at after 10 games but it doesn't seem like an awful lot has changed since last season. Results will decide whether Ross stays the duration for the season though, not performances.

Passy passy passy passy etc etc along the back 5 then onto Leadbitter then side ways passy passy. The big boot does come into it but It's not Ross's main game plan. The boot comes into it when we run out of ideas. Which is quite often, Ross needs to change his gameplan, and have a go at teams. Get the opposition defence on the back foot and have an end product. Peterborough were there for the taking until we folded. Maddison being a lads fan and linked to us, showed us what we are missing as we have nowt like him on our books.

Yep. McGeady will beat a man 3 times and then lose it or run into a blind alley most times. He’s not direct in that he doesn’t speed up our attack despite having the tools to do so. We love him because he sometimes scores a screamer from that sort of play. Maddison is more incisive in his production.
