The possession stat is only slightly in our favour but shots was 20 for us to 5 for them. This is encouraging in one sense i.e. did we ever, ever, ever have 20 shots under MON? And thats not a positive? FFS bedwetters R Us on here like. Yes, we failed to get more than 3 on target which is poor, however its bound to get better than that in future games. Statistically, we will almost certainly be hitting the target more often than that over a reasonable span of games. Thought our inter play was excellent at times, for a group of players most of whom were playing in their first ever competitive match together, thought it was pretty remarkable. Fuck the bed wetters.
 
I think the key for me is there were positive signs. Thats the most attacking and the most chances we have created in over 2 years. Not saying it was perfect but no way did we deserve to lose that game. Keep that up, add some cutting edge, and we will have a good year.
 
They only had one corner all game, and scored from the fucker! They only had one shot on target which came from the one corner they had, and scored from the fucker!
