Probably because it's the only part of South America that was part of the British empire.

This game isn't grabbing me at all unfortunately. Not today anyway. Looks fuck all in it for bowlers apart from one yesterday that turned and bounced but nothing since. Hopefully will break up later on but just get the sense it's just going to get flatter.

I’ve not seen much play but looking at the cards and the possibilities on the last day, it’s been a good test match.
