West Ham or Spurs…

Don't really have a preference as either would be good, if I had to say one though it would be spurs just to see how their bigheaded players/management/fans react to life next level down plus the stadium being down there also.

Spurs are far more likely to have an upturn next year if they stay up, so them.
Yep. Totally agree. If De Zerbi gets it right, and I think he will, they will be much better next season. He is a good manager. They will probably win at Wolves although I wouldn’t be backing them at odds-on.

Ever the optimist!🤣
Been going to Boro matches for 54 years, so the optimism tends to be in short supply.
Mind you, when this season kicked off with HIM in charge, general sensus of opinion was we'd finish in the top half, possibly on the fringes of the play offs.
So in that respect, it hasn't been a bad season, but to be in the top two for so long and then hit this patch of 'form' is disappointing.
We've had a lot of injuries to key players lately and it's taken its toll - the squad isn't strong enough and we also desperately needed to get in a decent striker in January - something else that's caught up with us.

Want Spurs to go down but think West Ham will drop. Would be hilarious to see a so called ‘big 6’ team to go down and sky are absolutely desperate for them to stay up l.

west ham are fighting whereas spurs are feeling sorry for themselves. Spurs thought that they were better than the rest of us and were entitled to be in the so called super league of untouchables. For that reason i want Spurs to go down

Agreed

I wonder if Wolves would prefer not to take Spurs down with them, as that would probably leave one less place for themselves to go back up next season.

Presumed then.

Sure it was leeds once had ‘on loan to division 2’ t shirts. Not really the disaster it is now.

How the feck does a club with trebble the budget of others (guess that) get in this scenario?
I can remember Spurs playing second division football 1977/78 season. They had some excellent players in that side who only won promotion on GD finishing third in the table.

The likes of Pat Jennings and Glen Hoddle played for them that season. In todays game there’s very little chance of keeping hold of top quality players after a relegation

Tottenham. Delusions of grandeur because they are in London and self proclaimed "big 6" club trying to push for the Super League. Arrogant lot.
Their ground is a pain in the arse to get in and out of aswell. Always been a nasty place to go to as an away fan so wouldnt be sad to see them go at all.

Regardless of who goes down, forest, spurs, West Ham they’re going to be right up there for promotion

Spurs. West Ham have Everton, Brentford, Arsenal, Newcastle and Leeds left. 2 of those seem to have hit a brick wall in terms of results lately and Leeds will have nowt left to play for league wise and if they get through to cup final, might rest a few players. Moyes might hoy a spanner in the works but can see WH getting something from that game. Only Arsenal is the tricky fixture left. Spurs will put up more of a fight under De Zerbi but too little too late.
