Mind I never got that, but did you used to get butter rubbed on your bumps after falling down, etc? I said this at work and no-one was with me!

My youngest brother one drunken night cooked a large Fray Bentos steak and kidney pudding (approx 650 calories) and then mashed it all up and spooned the mush into a thickly buttered stottie. Hoyed salt and vinegar on for taste and scoffed it.

I had to make do with a bowl of Cadbury's Smash with loads of butter, with 4 runny fried eggs on top, finished with loads of black pepper and salt.

Lush!!!:-):-)
 
Sugar sarnies, aye. Especially if you toast one side, then butter the other, cover in butter, then hoy it back under the grill to melt the sugar. Delish

Weetabix with butter, why aye man, and with honey and jam at the same time

Condensed sweetened milk on sarnies is lush !
 
I remember going to me mates from school house and being shocked when his nana served me a heinze ketchup sandwich lol

I couldn't have a red sauce sandwich now mind but I loved them as a kid.

I love sugar on my eggy bread! Absolutely lush!!
 
I'd eat anything in a sandwich as a kid. Pies, Findus crispy pancakes, super noodles, turkey drummers, you name it. Once had a hot dog in a bun sandwich.

I've had both

I didn't like the Weetabix with butter combo so only had that once

However, I still occasionally have a crisp sarnie
