As much as i like him he is showing his limitations to get us to that next level which is top2 in this division. His lack of timing on substitutions and stubborness to rotate the players will cost us promotion. If by any chance we do scrape up via the play off's we will be cannon fodder very quickly because of the fact it's a squad game now and not just your best 11. I realise some of our fringe players aren't as gifted as the first picks but that's what managers do... fit them in. Even the top teams have baggage, even if they did cost millions more than we could imagine.
Maybe a good January window will prove me wrong.

Blimey 😂. Let’s be honest here whichever way we get promoted if we do, we will be cannon fodder, it’s the way the game is now, it’s a massive jump in quality of opposition and costs an absolute fortune to even think about adding 2 or 3 decent prem quality players. Between rlb and what we had with beale or dodds, I know which I’d prefer at the helm

Don't think he's been completely flawless by any stretch but just about all of us would have snapped your hand off if we'd been told before the season started if we were 4th in the league heading into the New Year and any talk of wanting him gone is just stupid.
