We did our bit

It's not enough, but thank you to all who have been involved in displays over recent years.

You've been kicked down at numerous times by the club, and I'm honestly surprised it took you this long to tell them to shove it. I told you to pull the display today, but I'm pleased you didn't. Watching the highlights the ground looked excellent for the world to see.

I've said it long enough. They want us to pay the money, sit down, shut up and leave. Those in charge have shown how much the supporters don't matter to them for too long.

Enjoy coming to the games without any added stress. You all deserve it.
The way these lads nlasses have been treated sums the club up.

They have been dictated to by a mag employee backed up by the rest of the inept management.

A fcking disgrace - where is the owner in all this?

Thanks for clarifying you’re a blatant mag. That was easy.
He was outed as a mag yonks ago, no idea why he still perseveres.
Looked alright, but £17k was a rip and it's absolutely okay to give negative feedback on it if you thought it was shite 🤷‍♂️. You 'true fans' who are berating those who are calling out negative reviews are just showing yourselves up as ignorant tbh...
It looked more than alright, what the hell were you expecting? I thought it looked absolutely class.

I was there volunteering both Thursday and Friday and I was very proud of the display today. It was also a pleasure to help the lads at SO37.

Shame about the result, but I’m proud of the fans who created a brilliant atmosphere and supported the lads to the end.

It was ok but not worth the 17k or whatever it was that was raised. Wouldn’t expect to use recycled remembrance day cards for the amount raised either tbh. Fair play for taking the time out to organise it tho.

They have much better plans....we need about 50k so 20 quid each please.

I don't get their mentality. I couldn't think of anything worse than pretending I was a mag 🤮 absolute wierdos.

Thank you. I normally just ignore them but he was only on here to antagonise.

Be nice if they could ban the so called Sunderland fans that do the same

No problem with the display. Like I said many times already.. it was class.

But this thread, them saying yet again.. that they are stopping it, because of some of the fans, is pointless. It's just been done to illicit sympathy but picked the wrong day for it imo.

Everyone on here has praised the display, just no need for the ego stroking point of this thread.
Elicit

How much money did 300 tubes of tin foil and some a3 sheets of paper cost? Seems a bit much like for what we received

Highlight of an otherwise underwhelming day was seeing a severely disabled guy in a wheelchair finding a broad smile in response to someone helping him wave one of your flags at the start. The love, the pride and the passion.. all on display in that small moment. Brought a tear to my eye.

Fuck the doubters, fuck the cynics, fuck those who offer nowt, fuck those who offer only problems - and, most of all, fuck the mags.

After the way the club has acted over the last couple of days I don't blame anyone from sacking them off, any fan not appreciative of the efforts of SO73 should also have a word with themselves, they really shouldn't have to beg for donations etc, it benefits EVERYBODY, and puts us in a good light, I for one salute you 🫡

I thought our support was absolutely first class today. Magnificent.

Given the ticketing situation and nonsense that’s gone on and with people in different seats to normal, non season ticket holders only able to buy one ticket and sit on their own, there was great camaraderie between people in the stands before and during the game.

Such a shame the support hasn’t been rewarded by the club hierarchy and people on the pitch and in the dug out
