Why do you think the player himself has put a video out asking for it to be stopped? Because it’s shit? We’ve had plenty of shit songs, never a video asking them to be stopped.
 
It would be easier if we took the knee rather than just asking fans not to boo it. As for the Amad chant, we need the correct lyrics to drown out the racist lyrics.

The Roker End chants have still been a good plus overall though, they kept the team going today and it is good that many of the players have their own chants. Hopefully we can support those who have a bit of influence in that end, eg @Spiritof73 ?, to try to encourage the better side of the Roker End rather than the ignorant one.

it's literally only being sung because of the colour of the lads skin. the exact same song has been condemned by other players previously and guess what they have in common? the song itself may not contain anything racist but it's quite clearly linked to a racial stereotype. it's embarrassing as fuck for the club and you can guarantee it'll be the exact same knuckle draggers singing it who think boo'ing the knee is all cool and zany

Yep and maybe the reason he decides to go back to Man Utd. When you think of the 80s what would Howard Gayle and Benno think? Seems to be a major issue all over these days. Sad and please stop!
