i thought we already covered this, team isn't announced till closer to the toss happening... the travelling squad was announced already.

looking forward to chester le eats tbf (probably won;t gan like, but it has an amusing name)

Same squad as last game on website yesterday. Surprising Jones isn't included as Scotland games finished. Little point in playing Dickson, surely should be replaced by Bushnell. Crazy to do otherwise.

Same XI as last game bar Rushy, bit of nepotism?. Won toss and bowling. Sicken off Bushnell and he'll have plenty of suitors elsewhere. What a pair of toss pots are Killeen and Franklin.

I recall that Bushnell had been injured which might be half and excuse, but lord knows what Doneathy has to do to get a game 🙁 Maybe he has a shoulder strain from carrying the drinks.
Yeah Bushnell pre Surrey was confirmed as injured but he since played. If he's injured (the club tell us nowt) then I don't see any benefit having him travelling/named in squad/doing drink duties. I might be wrong (someone will know) but I'm sure he's been on as sub fielder recently?. Doneathy was out with the first team on Wednesday in full fit and certainly didn't seem injured... Again named in squad and was netting

It's the exact non joined up thinking we were discussing at teh club yesterday. durham needs to decide why it is in these competitions - is it trying to win or is it trying to develop youngsters? at this point in a lost season i don't see the gains of playing the likes of dickson ahead of bushnell or doneathy.

It seems like a 3rd team principle - 'old lags' in to score the runs to make a game of it.

Warks 275-6 after 50 overs. How close are we likely to get to that? About time we saw some runs from Maddinson.
