aye saw that, a lad was having 7 servings a day thats way more than anyone would need. you can easily eat 100 grams a day with food ,and then top up with a shake if you want imo.
 
It's an absolute load of shit. Research has shown that habitually high protein intake is fine. If you're on a high protein diet you may have MARKERS for kidney damage, but it does not mean that you actually have kidney damage.

As for 7 servings, you can have that if you want 7 servings and you'll be fine, not that I can really see why anybody would enjoy 7 servings more than they would actual food.
