Anybody used these and had problems with them?

Bought the bairn a phone off there and the inpost app says "delivery issue contact us" (probably means the phone was not posted or something) anyway spoke to them and they say I have to speak to Vinted as they produced the label, so spoke to Vinted and they say I have to wait 25 days to challenge it

Sold something on there and it was due for delivery 3rd June to Isle of Man, now says may be up to the 3rd July due to "delay".

So currently about 600 quid down and nee idea when I'm getting it 🤣🤣.

Then started getting messages on something I'm selling about it being their birthday and can they have it cheap ffs.

Back to eBay it is.

Our lass uses it all the time, it’s great for designer accessories like bags, sunglasses, belts etc, I have a nice little designer silk tie collection going on now all vinted buys for under £50, Hermes, Armani, Ferragamo

I wouldn’t part with or buy anything over £100 like, you hear some horror stories of people claiming faults or things missing and you don’t receive any money as a seller. I sold a much beloved special edition Barbour coat that cost me £400 about 15 year ago some time ago for £100odd if I remember right, was sweating a bit waiting for that to clear as really buyers can have your pants down if so inclined

I use it to buy my son (4 year old) old football kits. Can pick up some great bargains and as he outgrows things within months it's not worth paying full price.
The other month i got him a napoli third kit with Oshimen 9 on the back for £4

As good as new. Wouldn't spend anything significant on it though

InPost do lose things on occasion. I had something go missing through them. Vinted will refund you after 28 days, an option comes up in your account to flag it with them.

Vinted is great. I get pretty much all my clothes from it.

I've been using Vinted a lot recently as I've lost a lot of weight. Good for clearing out the wardrobe and experimenting with different brands, styles and sizes.

Mostly is has been a good experience (far better than eBay) but like every online platform it attracts a fair number of idiots and annoying people but they are easy enough to ignore. Not worth getting into long arguments over a T shirt.

Still amusing how some people just keep making ridiculously low offers and then they get arsey when you don't accept them.

As long as you stick to items which are £5-10 then the risks are minimal. If I don't like something I buy then I will just put it up for sale again.
