It’s mental because all 3 of those players have done a job at premier league level, Stewart has played for Ross county and in league one. He’s had a good start to his life in the championship but he hasn’t even played 10 games and people want between £10m and £20m it’s just daft and nobody will pay that.

So what happens if Stewart stays until the summer and he has scored 20 goals in 30 games what is he worth

Why are you a boro fan telling me a Sunderland fan who’s watched Stewart play week in week out for the past two seasons how much he’s worth? Some neck on you mind

The three I’ve mentioned were nothing special in the premier league, never really pulled up a trees in the championship either apart from a decent scoring season for Mcburnie. We are well within our right to be asking for 15 mill for our best player given how much money has flooded into the premier league and how far valuations have rose within the last couple years.

You want to pay the least possible for Stewart which I get given how much yous have spunked over the years but don’t piss on my head and tell me it’s raining.
