Not at all.
No need whatsoever for you to use this thread for personal insults.

In my view it IS down to personal choice whether somebody wants to change their avatar as a mark of respect for someone.
People can remember/think of/ respect folk in their own way without feeling the need to do something because you think it's the thing to do.

I've been involved (through my work) with many, many funerals and know that people have differing views on how to show their respect.
BTW , I DID change my avatar to the Vic Halom one for Thursday , cos it was summat that I FELT THE NEED to do out of respect for Maximus -- my personal choice.

I've been away for a few days so I'm catching up with news. Sounds like Maximus got the send off he deserved. Great that so many turned up to his funeral. I'm sure this will have been much appreciated by his family & friends. I'll try to stretch my technical inabilities beyond their elastic limit by adopting the VH avatar as a belated mark of respect. I could be some time!

I am utter turd but I got there eventually, ha ha. The very least I could do
