There's a few in there that certainly aren't 50/50. It's not VAR that is the problem, it's the way it works with the clear & obvious or doesn't work I should say.

For example, look at the way Saliba has his hands around Pedro here. This is stopping Pedro from getting a clean jump on the ball as he could have got a slight touch on the ball to knock it over Raya. Instead Pedro's held onto and Raya clatters into him instead.

It's a penna all day long. How can a ref see that? That means it's down to VAR to ref this incident and many more but due to clear & obvious they don't always make the call to get the ref to look, even though he'd probably give the decision.

Also note Rice behind not even looking at the ball as he's focused on keeping the Chelsea player away from Raya. It's how Arsenal have won the league this season IMO, creating chaos in corners in both attack and defence (they haven't even conceded a penna this season I've seen).
