Vaping in the stand

My old man lost a lung to TB in the 50s but it didn't stop him from rolling his own until he was in his early 70s. We grew up in the 70s with yellow ceilings and wallpaper. Manky.
My Dad was on an oxygen machine for two years. The last 6 months he couldn't even read because it interfered with his concentration to breathe. Most of those months I sat with him at night not knowing if he'd wake up in the morning and in the morning often wishing he hadn't.
My Mam had angina leading to a heart attack leading to a miserable final 12 months on dialysis all smoking related.
Grandad two Aunties and my best mate recently went to lung cancer.
I often think "if only they'd had vapes twenty years or so ago" and now we've got all these soft fanny's whinging about fruity smells while spreading misinformation about popcorn lung and the like.
All the credible evidence suggests that they should hang their heads in shame.

I actually think the people who compare vapes to adults dummies have some anger issues. Mad how something like a vape can cause these types of reactions. I got told to 'grow up' at Plymouth for simply having a vape in my hand, outside the ground. Yeah, I should grow up for trying to better myself by quitting smoking...

.. Grow the fuck up dummy  ..

Young uns, who'd otherwise not take up smoking, are amongst the vapes. Not surprising mind, as they are targetted at bairns.

I'm all for seasoned smokers to quit through the use of vapes. It is scary though the amount of young people who have taken up vaping, better than starting on cigarettes, of course, but kids need better education on what they are getting themselves into. And I certainty don't want to breathe in anyone else's vapour (or cigarette smoke).

Sorry but the crap attitude comes from people like yourself who buy in to the myths and misinformation without checking the facts. If you had then you'd know that diacetyl in vapes is banned in the uk. Ffs man you put your kids in more danger exposing them to petrol fumes from your car when you drive them to the match.
The lack of perspective from some of the whining whinnies on here is laughable.
Petrol fumes are unavoidable. Diacetyl is illegal in the UK but you probably don't realise that there are millions of illegal vapes circulating in the UK that don't conform to standards. And as for your 'myths and misinformation' about vapes, having worked in Health Promotion and Health Education I can find just as much information to suggest the potential for serious damage caused by vaping. But I can't be arsed because you'd only carry on being the pig-headed tit that you are.

Checkmate

I was sitting on a bench in town the other day, eating a sarnie. This bloke appeared, stood next to me and started vaping, I couldn't escape it. I asked him if he enjoyed a vape while eating. He answered no, of course not. I then told him it appears I don't have a choice...the point was totally lost on him <braindead>.

I was surprised to read that they're not actually blanket illegal indoors, and that it's at the venue's discretion. Wetherspoons banned them years ago apparently. I think they're also banned in all PL grounds.

Class:). This regularly happens to me on a Sunday morning also :):)
I'm in bed vaping now like. I think the Mrs is lying next to me but I'm not sure as I can't see through the massive iced blueberry cloud enveloping the bed.
Just woken up (I live in Texas so it’s only 8.30am here)

I know look at me pathetic!

But was absolutely leathered last night and forgot I even posted that blathering buffoonery …

At the time our lass was throwing up in a bag in the Uber on the way home 🤣🤣🤣

Sorry for your suffering, my Mother went the same way with COPD and my old man still smokes like a chimney.

However, it's not an either or, folk can still find vapes objectionable.
