It’s not exactly outdoors thought is it? It’s a covered stand and is still illegal.
Plus, even if outdoors, a person smoking or vaping next right next to you is rude as fuck and unwanted by many.
I don’t want cancer or breathing problems. I don’t want to smell fake Refresher Sweets from a battery.
If you can’t go a couple hours without a smoke you’ve got a problem. Just have some respect for others.
The micro particles in second hand vape can bother people who are asthmatic or wear contact lenses.

Apparently it's only barred in PL grounds, but is allowed by the EFL and Scottish Leagues. Having said that, I don't suppose that the EFL would take action if an individual club chose to ban it. Vaping seems to fall in a legal grey area which Parliament has yet to consider.; possibly not surprising given the single digit IQ of the current cabinet

Can you not see how illogical this is? Your message should be 'smokers and vapers are not allowed to do it in a stadium. They need to get used to it'.
